Build the perfect setlist

Easily create setlists for gigs and rehearsals with a simple drag-and-drop interface. You can then organise songs into multiple sets, automatically keep track total duration, and re-order things as you go.

You can clone existing setlists as a starting point, lock them when you're done, and keep a history of every show by attaching them to venues and events.

Print-ready & shareable

Any setlist can be exported as a PDF and printed out for a physical copy. The layout can be customised for readability on stage and details like font size and other options can be tweaked to your requirements.

You can also generate a shareable link for setlists you want to make public - useful for sharing with people outside your band!

Mobile friendly design

Although there's no mobile app, I've made sure Setlist works well on phones and small screens. My band use it all the time in the middle of rehearsals to jot down notes on how a song starts, what key it's in, or a new arrangement idea before anyone forgets.

No more half-remembered discussions ("How many times do we repeat the chorus at the end?") or texting yourself reminders! Everything your band decides gets captured there and then, on any device.

Rehearsal room

Practice songs with built-in audio playback! You can upload recordings, loop parts you want to focus on, and slow them down. It makes it easy to work through the tough parts at your own pace until they're 100% ready.

You can upload your band's own demos and live recordings to practice on between sessions. Everyone gets their own view so they can practice and experiment on their own time, and rehearsals can stay productive.

Never forget an event

Your band can track the venues you play at, plan rehearsals, and manage a gig schedule with a shared band calendar. You can create events with all the details your band needs, and events also can be synced to your own devices.

Setlists can be attached to events along with comments, and you can keep all your notes for each gig or rehearsal in one place. Everyone stays in the loop without endless group chats, and you'll have a complete history of every event and rehearsal to look back on and review.

Stay up to date with your band

Your dashboard pulls everything together: Recent activity, upcoming rehearsals, the latest comments, and changes across your band's songs, setlists and other content. When you log in, you'll instantly see what's new at a glance.

You can leave comments to share ideas, feedback, or rehearsal notes and even switch between multiple bands from the same interface.

Built by a hobbyist musician/geek (that's me on bass!) for other musicians. I've been creating websites and building infrastructure for over 25 years, and playing the bass for almost as long. I created this site for my band to keep us organised, and as we found it so useful I decided to open it up to the public.

Setlist is not trying to be another "everything" app, and I won't be cramming in half-baked AI-driven features: I'm focussed on simple things, done well.
